Ermisch Cellars is our very own commerical winery located in Bend’s Old Mill District. We produce award-winning, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay with grapes from the Willamette Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley and Red Mountain. At our cozy, casual tasting room you can also discover Elixir’s extended import portfolio of fine wines from around the world. We offer tasting flights, wine by the glass, bottle and cases sales as well as charcuterie, cheese, and tapas! Open for walk-in guests, and private tastings are available by appointment. The tasting room also hosts special events including Guest Chef Dinners and our popular Open Mic Night. We look forward to welcoming you!
