ELIXIR WINE CO. PRESENTS SPECIAL EVENTS AT OUR TASTING ROOM
Elixir Wine Company is our local footprint in the Bend, OR community. We operate a commercial winery, retail store, wine bar and restaurant from our headquarters in Bend’s Old Mill District. Our winery is home to Ermisch Cellars where we produce single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay with grapes from the Willamette Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley and Red Mountain. We also offer custom crush services to Central Oregon vintners. The retail shop and wine bar is open 6 days a week, (closed Sundays). Patrons can taste through our wineries’ wines and import portfolio. We offer small plates, wine by the glass, bottles and discounted cases for purchase. Elixir Wine Company hosts a variety of public events and wine education classes. Additionally, we are pleased to present amazing guest local chefs on special nights.
FARM TO TABLE FINE DINING
We work with local chefs to bring you multi-course meals using the finest ingredients from around the state. Our dinners are complete with carefully selected wine pairings from our portfolio. Seating is limited and reservations are required.

OPEN MIC SHOWCASE
First Friday of the month, 6:00-9:00PM
Check out this unique ‘First Friday’ music event. Hear a talented musician or duo perform a set, and then jam with the artist and other local musicians for the rest of the evening. All while enjoying Elixir’s great wine, beer, and tapas. Every first Friday of the month.
