ELIXIR WINE CO. PRESENTS GUEST CHEF FARM TO TABLE FINE DINING ON SPECIAL NIGHTS
Elixir Wine Company is our local footprint in the Bend, OR community. We operate a commercial winery, retail store, wine bar and restaurant from our headquarters in Bend’s Old Mill District. Our winery is home to Ermisch Cellars where we produce single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay with grapes from the Willamette Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley and Red Mountain. We also offer custom crush services to Central Oregon vintners. The retail shop and wine bar is open 6 days a week, (closed Sundays). Patrons can taste through our wineries’ wines and import portfolio. We offer small plates, wine by the glass, bottles and discounted cases for purchase. Elixir Wine Company hosts a variety of public events and wine education classes. Additionally, we are pleased to present amazing guest local chefs on special nights.

Elixir’s pop-up restaurant happens on special nights and is presented by local guest chefs. The menu is comprised of local, fresh ingredients and changes constantly. Dishes are paired with Elixir’s portfolio of globally and locally produced wines. Dinner seating is at 6pm. Reservations are required and seating is limited to 24 people. Preview a sample menu.
Chefs collaborate with local purveyors to bring you the best ingredients Central Oregon has to offer. Partners include: Sunrise Micro Farms, Boundless Farms, Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms, Zajac Farms, 2 Sisters Ranch and Bonta.
