ERMISCH CELLARS PRESENTS SPECIAL EVENTS AT OUR TASTING ROOM
Ermisch Cellars is our very own commerical winery located in Bend’s Old Mill District. We produce single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnay with grapes from the Willamette Valley and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley and Red Mountain. We also offer custom crush services to Central Oregon vintners. Our winery features a retail store, wine bar and restaurant, open 6 days a week, (closed Sundays). Patrons can taste through our wineries’ wines as well as Elixir’s extended import portfolio. We offer small plates, wine by the glass, bottles and discounted cases for purchase. Ermisch Cellars hosts a variety of public events and wine education classes. Additionally, we are pleased to present amazing guest local chefs on special nights.

The Ermisch Cellars open mic is firmly established on the Bend music scene as a great venue for accomplished and upcoming musicians alike. In the Tasting Room’s intimate setting, a welcoming and appreciative audience can enjoy original songs, covers and collaborations by local and visiting talent. With Elixir’s extensive and great-value wine portfolio, beer on tap and tapas menu, it’s always a great evening of entertainment. Don’t miss it!

First Friday of the month, 6:00-9:00PM
Check out this unique ‘First Friday’ music event. Hear a talented musician or duo perform a set, and then jam with the artist and other local musicians for the rest of the evening. All while enjoying great wine, beer, and tapas. Every first Friday of the month.
