Open six days a week (closed Sundays), we serve wine by the glass or bottle, offer case discounts and small plates, and craft wines onsite from premier vineyards in the Willamette Valley, Walla Walla, and Red Mountain.

Step into Monday evenings at Ermisch Winery & Tasting Room—a showcase where Bend’s finest emerging and established musicians come together in an intimate, inviting atmosphere. The Tasting Room, with its warm lighting and cozy acoustics, is the perfect place to experience heartfelt originals, spirited covers, and spontaneous collaborations between local and visiting talent.
As melodies drift across the room, treat yourself to delights from Elixir’s exceptional wine selection—value-driven, globally sourced, and thoughtfully curated—as well as craft beer on tap and a tapas menu designed for sharing. Whether you’re here to perform or simply unwind, it’s always a memorable night of music, wine, and good company.

Experience the flavors of Central Oregon through an intimate ten-course tasting menu created by Chef Adrien Calmels. Inspired by the region’s early summer micro-seasons, the menu showcases locally grown, foraged, and fermented ingredients—including wild mushrooms, seasonal produce, and house-made preserves.
A Central Oregon native, Chef Calmels refined his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, Hong Kong, and New York City and was recognized by San Pellegrino USA as an Upcoming Young Chef. Now back in his hometown, he returns to Ermisch with a series of exclusive pop-up dinners celebrating the region’s remarkable bounty and culinary traditions.
To create a more intimate experience, two dinner seatings are available: 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Both feature the same ten-course menu and service.
Optional curated wine pairings from Ermisch Winery & Tasting Room will be available to complement each course.
Seating is limited and advance reservations are required.
