About the Wine
  • 75% Cabernet Sauvignon / 25% Sangiovese. Upon coming across this blend during an early tasting trip to Mexico several years ago, we knew it would be a hit in the United States if we could convince Paolo to allocate some our way.

Big structure with good balance and vibrant acidity.  Silky tannins lead to hints of spices, licorice, and rose. Long finish.  A terrific pairing with spicy dry-cured meats.
